Emyr Afan : CEO
Emyr is the founder of The Pop Factory music and media complex in Porth, in Rhondda Cynon Taf, and is an accomplished producer/director of music television entertainment and events both regionally and nationally. Concert and DVD credits include Tom Jones Live at Cardiff Castle (Warners/BBC), Stereophonics – Live at Morfa (V2/BBC), Bryn Terfel and Jose Carreras (Decca/S4C), Leaving The 20th Century - The Manic Street Preachers Live at The Milennium Stadium (Sony) and earlier this year, Donny Osmond at Cyfarthfa Castle (Sony), Katherine Jenkins at Margam Park (Universal/BBC Wales). In May 2007 Emyr was responsible for the promotion and programming output of The Full Ponty on BBC and in July 07 the live programming of Sesiwn Fawr Dolgellau on S4C. Under Emyr’s guidance Avanti TV is currently producing S4C’s children’s sports series Stamina and music magazine show Popty, S4C’s Sunday night weekly ‘Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol’ and late night music shows The Guest List for ITV1 Wales and BBC Wales’s new late night popular culture programme ‘Be’ for BBC Wales. Emyr is also a non-executive Board Director of the new South Wales radio licence operator XFM (a part of GCap).

Mair Afan : Director
Mair is co-Founder and Director of Avanti Media Group.Her present responsibilities include the overseeing of the administrative management of the company and productions; financial control, contracts, forward planning, staffing issues and conferences. She is mainly involved heavily in production as a production manager and as a vision mixer, and combines this with managing Avanti and spearheading new project developments. With Emyr, she has managed the transformation of the old Corona factory and has been a defining force in the development of Avanti.
